QuickBooks^® Installation and Training

Package rates are based on a NEW installation on systems that have the recommended hardware to properly install and run the software with no conflicts. Remedial work on existing installations will be billed at our standard billing rate. For additional training and services see below.

Silver Installation Service and Employee Training Package
$400^** - One Four-Hour Session

With the Silver Installation Service and Employee Training Package you receive the following:

» A professional QuickBooks^® software installation and company setup which includes the following:^*

* Company information setup
* Chart of accounts setup
* Operation preferences setup
* Vendor and customer setup instruction
* Opening balances entered from client information
* Bank reconciliation preparation
* Basic financial reports customization
* Backing up the data files

^*Hardware and software are not included. Clients are responsible for data entry of customer and vendor detail information and entry of individual account balances and transactions. Our accountant will provide instruction and examples. An Internet connection is required.

» One hour on-site instruction on the following processes:

* Entering bills
* Paying bills
* Printing checks and invoices
* Entering invoices
* Receiving payments
* Making deposits

Gold Installation Service and Employee Training Package
$800^** - Two Four-Hour Sessions

With the Gold Installation Service and Employee Training Package you receive the following:

» A professional QuickBooks^® software installation and company setup which includes the following:^*

* Company information setup
* Chart of accounts setup
* Operation preferences setup
* Vendor and customer setup instruction
* Opening balances entered from client information
* Bank reconciliation preparation
* Basic financial reports customization
* Invoice customization
* Backing up the data files

^*Hardware and software are not included. Clients are responsible for data entry of customer and vendor detail information and entry of individual account balances and transactions. Our accountant will provide instruction and examples. An Internet connection is required.

» Four hours of on-site instruction on the following processes:

* Entering invoices and processing payments
* Entering bills and processing payables

* Introduction to reconciliation of bank and credit card statements
* Generating reports such as the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement

» One hour of telephone support.

Platinum Installation Service and Employee Training Package
$1200^** - Three Four-Hour Sessions
With the Platinum Installation Service and Employee Training Package you receive the following:

» A professional QuickBooks^® software installation and company setup which includes the following:^*

* Company information setup
* Chart of accounts setup
* Operation preferences setup
* Vendor and customer setup instruction
* Opening balances entered from client information
* Bank reconciliation preparation
* Basic financial reports customization
* Invoice customization
* Backing up the data files

» Two four-hour on-site instruction sessions on the following processes:

* Entering sales and processing payments

* Printing checks and invoices
* Introduction to reconciliation of bank and credit card statements
* Class setup
* Generating reports such as the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement

» Two hours of telephone support.

Additional Services
» Payroll setup available upon request (additional time will be billed separately either by the hour or charged to pre-paid blocks of time).

» Inventory and job costing setup available upon request (additional time will be billed separately either by the hour or charged to pre-paid blocks of time).

» All other modules outside the scope of these packages are available upon request (billed separately either by the hour or charged to pre-paid blocks of time).

You may also subscribe to pre-paid blocks of time.

$ 400 --- 5-hour block of prepaid time
$ 800 --- 10-hour block of prepaid time
$ 1600 --- 20-hour block of prepaid time

Pre-paid blocks of time are available to reduce your service costs. By subscribing to pre-paid time, you are also assured of the highest priority when you call for service.

^**Travel time and mileage will be billed for distances greater than fifty miles from our office.
