With the Quicken^® Installation Training Package you receive the following:

» A professional Quicken^® software installation and setup which includes the following:^*

* Personal information
* Accounts and categories setup
* Online banking setup
* Portfolio setup and instruction
* Opening balances entered from client information
* Bank reconciliation preparation
* Basic financial reports customization
* Backing up the data files

^*Hardware and software are not included. Clients are responsible for data entry of detail information and entry of individual account balances and transactions. Our accountant will provide instruction and examples. An Internet connection is required for online banking and portfolio management.

» On-site instruction on the following processes:

* Entering bills
* Paying bills
* Printing checks
* Entering credit card charges
* Reconciling and paying credit card accounts
* Entering securities transactions
* Making deposits
* Preparing reports

Travel time and mileage will be billed for distances greater than fifty miles from our office. Payment is required BEFORE the work begins.
